Face to Face Counselling & Psychotherapy in Spalding, Lincolnshire

Let's talk, with compassion and empathy.

Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy for Adults in a Safe, Comfortable and Private Environment

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.

My name is Lindsay and I am an Integrative counsellor who compassionately works with a relational approach. I specialise in attachment patterns in relationships, childhood trauma, anxiety, shame and depression. I believe that our early life experiences impact how we see ourselves and relate to others.

Drawing on a range of therapeutic models, I work collaboratively with clients to explore these experiences, make sense of their emotional world and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting.

My practice is grounded in empathy, respect and the belief that everyone deserves a greater sense of self, emotional resilience and a more fulfilling way of being.

Making the decision to see a counsellor is a big step to take - but it can be a positive one. Please read on to find out more about how I could help you.

How Can Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy Help?

Speak in Confidence

Counselling provides a safe, supportive space where you can share your thoughts and feelings freely, knowing you will be listened to with empathy, sensitivity, and without judgement. In this confidential environment, you can explore your emotions and experiences openly.

A Problem Shared…

Life can bring challenges such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, or depression. These issues can feel overwhelming, but counselling offers practical tools and guidance to understand what’s causing them and how you can work towards managing or resolving them.

Make Healthier Choices

Working together, I help you gain insight into the difficulties you face, understand your reactions and behaviours, and explore new ways of coping. My aim is to support you in making healthier, more constructive choices for your emotional well-being.
